EXTENDED SOUTH FACING POOL AND DECK

We opted for an extended pool and deck. The deck measures 30' x 40' with the pool measuring 30' x 15'. There is also 5' of deck at the rear of the pool allowing full walk around and also the option to place sun loungers here.

CONSERVATION VIEWS

We purposely chose our plot (we were the third home purchased in the street and therefore  had the selection of plots) as it overlooked a conservation area, so we knew we couldn't have neighbours directly behind us. Aside from the fantastic view and watching the wildlife, it also means the rear of the villa is very private and you are not directly overlooked.

What makes our villa special?

  • It is unique - the three Disney Park themed bedrooms were designed by us and hand painted by a local artist, no other home has these exact designs.
  • At just over 3,500 square feet our villa is extremely spacious with 6 great size bedrooms (meaning nobody gets the "short-straw").
  • An upgraded cable package offering 445+ channels (including Premiership Soccer), 2 x 60" TV's and flat screen wall mounted TV's in every bedroom (all with hidden wires so no unsightly cables hanging down!)
  • All prices include an Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance Policy that covers you for up to $650 of accidental damage so no additional security deposits to pay and worrying if you will get it back at the end of your stay.
  • Concierge Service - our property management company ensures the home is cleaned to the highest level prior to each guests arrival. It also includes the "laundry room" service - no having to strip beds and putting a washing load in before you leave. 
  • We offer payment by credit card for that added security.
